Place a 3-turn Nuclear Reactor Repeater tile on the board that heals the friendly team for a burst of 544 health. If matched away, the Reactor deals 866 damage to the enemy team. This power becomes Phase 2.

Phase 2 costs 6 Green AP: Upgrade the Reactor to give a burst of 626 health to the friendly team every 2 turns and to deal 2137 damage to the enemy team if matched away. This power becomes Phase 3.
